COVID-19 RELATED DISTRIBUTIONS - (12/1/2020)
Members affected by COVID-19 and meet the qualifications, may withdraw from their 401k, without the early withdrawal penalty, a maximum of $10,000.00. Members are still required to pay income tax on any amount withdrawn but may do so over a 3 year period OR pay back the amount withdrawn to your 401k over a 3 year period.
The application must be received by Prudential no later than:
